● 2024 Kintone Global Partner of the Year · Philippines

Kintone, built with you
by people who run on it.

Hi — we're edamame. A small studio in Pasig, partnering with fifty enterprise teams across the Philippines: ORIX Metro, Daikin, Quipper, and forty-seven others. We run our own ops on AI, so the discipline we bring to your build is the same one we use on ourselves.

Questions we actually get.

How much does Kintone cost in the Philippines?
Kintone starts at ₱1,000 per user per month with a 5-user minimum, so ₱5,000/month floor. Our implementation services are priced per engagement: Starter ₱95k (single app, 10-25 users), Enterprise ₱450k+ (multi-app, 50-500 users with full AI layer), Retainer from ₱85k/month for ongoing work.
How long does a typical implementation take?
Most builds go live within a week. A Daikin Philippines service app originally estimated at three months shipped in days. Complex multi-app enterprise deployments typically take 2-4 weeks using our 4-step process: Discovery, Design, Build, Launch.
What makes edamame different from other Kintone partners?
We won the 2024 Cybozu Global Partner of the Year award — the only Kintone partner in the Philippines to do so. We deliver in native-level business Japanese and English from Pasig, with our founder Tom Arai handling every engagement personally.
Does edamame support Japanese companies operating in the Philippines?
Yes. Our founder Tom Arai trained in Tokyo before moving to Pasig in 2018. We deliver in native-level business Japanese and English. Bilingual Kintone UIs are our default. We currently support Daikin, ORIX Metro, AEON Fantasy, Quipper, and Guhring Philippines.
Can Kintone replace Odoo, Salesforce, or Airtable?
For most Philippine SMEs and mid-market companies, yes. Kintone deploys in days vs months for Odoo, needs no developers unlike Salesforce, and doesn't hit the 50,000-record ceiling of Airtable. See detailed comparisons: vs Odoo, vs Salesforce, vs Airtable.
What industries do you serve?
Manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, retail, BPO & shared services, construction, logistics, and education. See industry-specific pages for how Kintone fits your sector.

Priced by scope. Not by the hour.

Kintone itself starts at ₱1,000/user/month (5-user minimum). Our engagements are priced per scope — no timesheets.
